Keely is a Body Control Pilates teacher and has recently opened a studio in the annexe at her countryside home.
From a young age Keely has been interested in sport and exerise and found her love for pilates after winning a course in a raffle!
Keely is Mat, Reformer and Tower trained and offers small private group matwork classes and one to one reformer /tower sessions. Zoom mat classes also available
Keely is Bone Health, pre and post natal qualified and is also a certified Pilates for Golf teacher.
